Mums & Bubs Yoga – 6 Week Course

Our Mums n Bubs classes are a beautiful opportunity to bond with your baby, strengthen your body, balance your mind – and figure out how to yoga with a bub in tow!

Each class starts with baby yoga – a fun way to connect with your baby and amazing for their sensory development. We then move into yoga for Mum and blend movement, breathe, mindfulness and relaxation in order to:

  • Strengthen Pelvic Floor & Core

  • Stretch out tight necks, shoulders and hips

  • Release tension, tiredness and anxious feelings

  • Increase energy and vitality

  • Create space – physically and mentally

  • Feel more connected, strong and calm

When can I attend Mums n Bubs Yoga?

This course is suitable for those with babies aged 6 weeks to crawling (approx 8 months.)



Mums n Bubs runs as a 6 week course. You may receive up to 1 make up class which you can use for attending one of our Slow Flow, Flow or Restore classes.

We have a course running on Thursdays 11am – 12 pm.
