If you have purchased a voucher from Wildlings and change your mind, we will happily provide a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. The refund terms are:

  • The voucher must be unused.
  • An experience date must not have already been booked with the supplier.
  • The refund will be processed only to the original purchaser.
  • The refund will be made in the original means of tender. If an experience voucher was purchased using account credit the credit will be reinstated.
  • The change of mind policy applies only to experience vouchers and excludes dollar value gift cards.

Our booking process is as simple as calling the experience supplier via their provided phone number and organising a date that suits you. Wildlings is working towards an automated booking process and hope to offer this in the near future.

Yes, we sell gift vouchers in a dollar amount for anybody wanting to allow the gift recipient to choose their experience.

In your shopping cart, under the product window there is a box that says ‘coupon code’. Type your promo code into this box and click ‘apply coupon’.

Our express post option can be expected to be delivered on the next business day. Priority postage can be expected within 2 business days.

No, most of our experience vouchers cater to all experience and skill levels unless otherwise stated. With certain experiences such as surfing lessons obviously swimming is a pre-requisite ability however most of our other experiences are suitable for beginners. Please contact our customer service team for clarification on a case by case basis.

You would have created an account with Wildlings on purchasing the voucher. You can login and view your purchased vouchers or reprint from your email inbox. Alternatively, our customer service team would be happy to reissue a voucher to the email address you purchased under.

No – you will never pay a fee to Wildlings. We take a commission when your service is purchased. No additional fees apply for suppliers to list on our site.

We do issue contracts however they are not ‘locking you in’ to our service. If you decide Wildlings is not appropriate for your business all we require is two weeks notice to allow time for our administration team to removing your listing.

We will issue payment before the customer arrives for their experience. We require advice when the customer has booked their experience and will issue payment to you accordingly.

The customer will be provided all of the business details upon purchasing their experience voucher. They will then use this information to book directly with service providers via phone or email. We are working towards automating this process and hope to offer live booking capabilities in the near future.

We will send you a welcome pack and it will request the following information:

  • The descriptions of the specific experience(s) you are listing on the Wildlings site.
  • The signed Wildlings supply contract.
